- Call (309) 507-6816. Most residential jobs can be quoted in one conversation once we know the address, the number of stories and roughly how many windows.
- How soon can you come out?
- Depends on the season. Spring and fall are our busiest stretches and we are usually booking a week or two out; mid-summer and late fall are often within a few days. Emergencies and move-out deadlines, tell us the date and we will work around it.
- Do you quote sight-unseen?
- For straightforward homes, yes — a phone quote is firm. For larger properties, tricky access, hard-water restoration or heavy staining we would rather look first, and that visit is free.
- Do you do commercial work?
- Yes, storefronts and small commercial buildings, including recurring schedules. Call and describe the property and frequency you want.
